We are delighted to announce that James Gamble has been appointed as CEO to TALENTBANQ.
James joined the business as an intern pre-Covid while completing his Masters at Tileyard Education.
As the live music world reawakened, he accepted the role of Events Manager in November 2020 – being promoted to Managing Director in July of 2023.
In the course of his duties James became key account manager, primary booker and artist liaison for two Black Deer Festivals, and successfully managed TALENTBANQ’s intimate grassroots music venue, The Camden Chapel.
Co-Founder Ray Jones remains with the business as a Board Member and advisor to the executive team.
He commented:
“Congratulations James. Intern to CEO despite the incredible commercial headwinds we have faced is quite an achievement. Pablo, Mervyn and I sought to build a sustainable music business run by young talented people. Look after the firm young man – I know you have a great team around you that will support you all the way”
