The owners of the multi-award winning Black Deer Festival have announced the launch of Black Deer Live, a unique and exciting concert series that will take all the elements born from the festival, to audiences across the globe.
TALENTBANQ are pleased to have been appointed to run shows in association with Black Deer Live – including an extraordinary launch event on Thursday 25th April at The Crypt beneath St Martin-in-the-Fields on London’s Trafalgar Square.
The Crypt dates back to 1726, is wildly atmospheric and is surely the perfect place to launch this exciting series.
All of the acts on stage are Black Deer favourites.
Headliners Morganway are a formidable live act with striking melodies, energetic rhythms and catchy songs. The tour for their latest album, ‘Back To Zero’, sold out shows across the UK and was the bands most extensive run to date. Now with a packed 2024 festival season don’t miss out on your chance to see this red hot band in one of the coolest venues on the planet.
They will have incredible support from Hollie Rogers and the All-Star Band.
Hollie has opened for acts like KT Tunstall, Suzanne Vega and Ralph McTell and is no stranger to stages at Black Deer and other high profile festivals like Glastonbury. Her music is playlisted in all Caffe Nero stores globally, and she is backed by BBC Introducing, whilst also receiving nominations in 4 categories at the 2024 UK Blues Awards.
And to kick things off, Gina Larner opens the show. Gina Larner is an award winning singer/songwriter from Brighton, whose original songs are a mixture of country/pop-rock. Her debut album ‘Something Good’ was nominated for BCMA’S ‘Album Of The Year’ 2024 as well as ‘Best Up and Coming Artist’ at the prestigious Boisdale Award 2022.
The Black Deer Live series will grow to showcase the best in Americana at venues across the UK. Dates are now on sale in London, Manchester and York with Liverpool and other key cities about to announce.

We’re excited to announce thatKate Heneghan has joined the exclusive TALENTBANQ roster.
Kate Heneghan is an electric violinist and fiddle player, harpist and pianist from Co. Mayo on the West Coast of Ireland.
Kate musical collaborations have ranged from classical ensembles to folk groups and contemporary cover bands, showcasing her versatility as a musician. Her musical prowess has taken her across the globe, performing in Europe to the USA, China to Australia, playing in some of the world’s most prestigious venues. The National Centre for Performing Arts (Beijing), The Tempodrom (Berlin) and Sydney Opera House count amongst some of the venues where Kate has enraptured audiences with her lively, authentic and upbeat performances.
Kate is an experienced and sought-after corporate and wedding musician playing throughout Ireland at such events. She has frequently performed in Áras an Uachtaráin in Dublin for Irish President Michael D. Higgins and other distinguished guests. Recently, Kate featured in Cian DuCrot’s and Ella Henderson’s 2023 music video “Rest Of Our Days” recorded in London.
Kate is the recipient of the Music Generation / U2 bursary ‘Exceptional Musician Award’ and used the money awarded to buy her harp. In 2018, Kate received a scholarship from the University of Limerick to represent the Irish World Academy in the USA. She has also been presented with the Mícheál Ó hÉidhin Medal for exceptional musicians. Kate is an All-Ireland Champion fiddle player at Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann and Siansa Gael Linn.
