Eddy Smith & The 507
Join not one, but TWO of the UK’s hottest Americana headliners for a night of soulful Blues and Country at London’s ‘229 The Venue’.
London’s own ‘Eddy Smith & The 507’ will be teaming up with Chelmsford’s ‘The Jackson Line’ to bring you an unforgettable, co-headline night of live music straight from the heart of Southern USA.
Eddy Smith & The 507
Captivating audiences with his unique, husky voice and tasteful piano accompaniment, Eddy Smith has been making his mark on the UK’s growing Americana scene. Widely recognised as one of the major male vocalists on the Country and Blues circuit, his soulful melodies and infectious song-writing has drawn comparisons to the likes of Joe Cocker, JJ Grey and Marcus King to name a few.
The Jackson Line
With two lead vocalists in the shape of Keith Porter and Jamie Cook, harmonies were always going to be front and centre in The Jackson Line, who deliver a modern take on classic Country and Americana. Storytelling. and guitars are at the heart of what they do.
The Jackson Line are comfortable with the tag of ‘modern country band’, but with each member bringing a wide range of differing influences to the table they create thoughtful, melodic songs, which capture the essence of country while allowing their other influences to shine.
