About Yazzy

Yazzy is a pop-based singer/songwriter. She is a completely unique and distinctive recording artist who brings a fiery passion and bewitching vulnerability to her live performances.

Her personal mantra in both life and career is that she is “half lioness, half songbird”.

Drawing inspiration on this, her songs are weaved with intricate and engaging storytelling, with her raw and emotional live performances setting her apart from other artists in the industry.

Yazzy recently received her big break when she was personally asked by Michael Eavis (founder of Glastonbury Festival) to support Paloma Faith at the Glastonbury Extravaganza in 2018, with 10,000 people in attendance at a sell-out show on the world famous Pyramid Stage.

Yazzy has also received radio airplay for her new single 'I'm Choosing Me' on BBC Radio 2 with Jeremy Vine, who commented: 'That is so good, I love it, I want to play it again'.
